1)    Site and Terms of Service Amendments – We retain the authority to modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Any revised terms and conditions will become effective once they are published on the website. If you find any amended terms and conditions unacceptable, you may opt to adhere to the previous terms and conditions for one month. Your only recourse in such a case would be to discontinue using the program.

2)    Registration and Eligibility:

1. a) To become a Member, you must be at least 15 years of age.
2. b) It is your responsibility to protect and keep confidential your username, password and other Account Information. You agree not to share your password with anyone. You understand that you are solely and entirely accountable for any activities or actions that take place using your Account, regardless of whether you authorized them. Misuse or sharing of any content will be considered an offence, leading to termination of membership and potential legal charges.
3. c) You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. You must keep your personal information up to date and promptly inform us of any changes. You must not use false identities, impersonate others or use a name without proper authorization.
4. d) Membership grants access to individuals for a lifetime after payment.

3)    Termination & Cancellation

1. a) If you violate these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Program and Services. Additionally, we may remove any material, including User Submissions, from the website or our servers.
2. b) If you are a part of any community or niche business that violates our policies, your membership will be terminated without delay.
3. c)   Any behaviour exhibited by a student that promotes hatred or negativity will result in a permanent ban. In such cases, the decision of the trainers will be final.

4)    Content:

1. a)   The syllabus is divided into phases, and each phase must be completed before proceeding to the next.
2. b) Completion of assignments is mandatory to progress through each phase.
3. c) Access to the T Plus One Trader’s Community will only be granted upon completing the eligibility phase. In this case, the trainer’s decision will be final.
4. d) Community access will be free for a lifetime after fee payment.
5. e) Any discontinuation of services will be communicated with a prior notice.

5)    Payment and Refund Policy

1. a) To fully register and become a program member, each individual must pay the complete fee. Partial payments will not grant membership.
2. b) Access to services will be suspended if there are any outstanding payments. Services shall be reinstated once the fee is cleared.
3. c) All fees paid, whether in advance or in full, are non-refundable. However, it is possible to transfer a booking or seat to another person, subject to the approval of the respective trainers and monitored by the student.
4. d) Any unauthorised collection of fees among members will be deemed an offence and may be subject to legal charges.

6)    Agreement to Terms

By using T Plus One (referred to as the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (EULA) (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). T Plus One reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

      7) Service Usage Policy

To utilise the Service, users must be a minimum of 13 years old. By using the Service, you verify that you meet this age requirement. Any unauthorised or prohibited use of the Service is strictly forbidden under these Terms.

8) Abuse

T Plus One maintains a strict policy against objectionable content and abusive users. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to refrain from sending, uploading or transmitting any content or material that is deemed objectionable, offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise inappropriate. Furthermore, you agree not to utilise the Service for sending, uploading, or transmitting any content or material that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any individual or entity.
