Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all course purchases are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed.
2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
In the event of a duplicate charge or failed transaction, you may request a refund within 7 days. The issue must be verifiable in our payment records.
3. Payment Gateway Handling
All payments are securely processed through a payment gateway. Any approved refund will be issued back to your original payment method via the same gateway. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
4. Course Access Policy
Once access to a course is granted, we are unable to process a refund, regardless of whether the content has been accessed or completed.
5. Wrong Course Selection
If you’ve mistakenly purchased the wrong course, you must notify us within 24 hours. While we don’t guarantee a refund, we may offer a switch to the correct course or issue credit.
6. Subscription Plans
For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel anytime to stop future billing. Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle once payment is made.
7. Misuse & Chargebacks
False claims, unwarranted chargebacks, or misuse of the refund process may lead to denial of refund, course access suspension, or account termination.
8. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply to all future purchases.
